Strength: Barbell Complex

1 Warm Up set w/ empty bar

5 Power Cleans

5 Front Squats

5 Push Press

5 Back Squat

5 Snatch Grip Push Press

5 OH Squats

If complex is completed successfully, you must increase weight on next set.  Once barbell is dropped during set, you fail.  Finish the set and repeat the weight.  Rest 5 minutes between sets.
