Warm Up:

3 rds 1 min max Double Unders, rest 1 min

WOD: Barbell Complex

1 warm up set w/ empty bar

4 sets to build to max weight

7 Deadlifts

5 Hang Power Cleans

3 Front Squats

1 Push Press

3 Front Squats

5 Hang Power Cleans

7 Deadlifts

Must hold on to the bar the entire complex.  Bar cannot rest on the ground.  If successfully complete a set, you must increase weight on the next set.  If you fail during set, finish the set and the next set stay at the same weight.
