Warm up:
5 min- Shoulder mobility and band traction
Skill:
Toes to bar progression (5 minutes)
Split Jerk (10 minutes)- foot work
Strength: 15 minutes
Build to a 1RM in Split Jerk. One rep every 1 1/2 min.
WOD: “Death by” Toes to Bar (15 min)
Start with 2 reps the first minute and continue adding 2 reps each minute until failure.
Scaling:
Reverse Sit Ups- 4 reps per minute
