A- “Death by” Calorie Rowed (15 minutes)

First minute start with 6 (male) / 4 (female) Calories Rowed.  Increase by 2 calories each minute you advance to.  Monitor MUST be reset each round.

If eliminated, continue rowing 8 Calories per minute until everyone is eliminated.

Rest 5 minutes

B- Max Double Unders in 5 minutes

Every time you trip up on rope and stop, 10 sit ups.
