WOD: Teams of 3, alternate to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Goblet Carry Reverse Lunges (alternating)

10 Burpees

Each team gets 3 stations, one work and two rest.  While teammate A is completing couplet, teammate B is resting in Forearm plank position, and teammate C is resting from hang position on pull up bar.  When teammate A completes couplet, athletes rotate and teammate A takes C’s spot on Pull Up bar.
