100′ Walking Lunge
30 AbMat Sit-ups
100′ Farmers Carry (50’s/35’s)

## PUSH-UPS
* Choose a variation here that allows you to complete the 20 reps within 3 sets during the workout
* You can reduce reps or elevate the hands to a box or a bench to press less body weight

## WALKING LUNGE
* There is no weight involved in these walking lunges other than your body weight
* The back knee should touch the ground on each rep
* We’re also looking for the lower body to reach full extension between steps
* For athletes with knee issues, 20 reverse lunges in place or 20 box step-ups can be a good alternative

## FARMERS CARRY
* Use 2 dumbbells or kettlebells for the Farmers Carry
* This should be a weight that allows you to complete the 100 feet unbroken each round
