# DESCRIPTION & STIMULUS
## GENERAL

## SINGLE DUMBBELL BOX STEP-UPS
* For this movement, athletes will hold one dumbbell however is most comfortable for them (shoulder, farmers style, goblet style..)
* We’ll alternate legs every rep
* Let’s choose a moderate weight and a box height that allows for unbroken reps each round

## LATERAL BURPEES OVER DUMBBELL
* There is no need to stand to full extension when jumping laterally over the dumbbell
* Let’s make sure here that the feet pass over the top of the dumbbell, not behind the object

## DOUBLE UNDERS
* The two sets of double unders each round are designed to be a pretty manageable numbers
* These smaller sets are ideally complete in 1 set, but 2 is ok
* Some potential subs are reducing the total number of reps, practicing double unders for 40 seconds, or completing 60 single unders
