## DESCRIPTION & STIMULUS
* We expect this longer Sunday workout to take around 18-22 minutes to complete
* The reps on all three movements start high and decrease as the workout progresses

## WALLBALLS
* Athletes should choose a weight here that allows them to complete at least sets of 10 during the workout

## DOUBLE UNDERS
* In order to complete the reps as written, we recommend that athletes have at least 75+ double unders unbroken
* Here is list of variations they can choose from:
* Reduce Volume
* Timed Practice
* **100:** 2 Minutes
* **80:** 90 Seconds
* **60:** 1 Minute
* Single Unders (1.5x)
* 150 Reps
* 120 Reps
* 90 Reps
