# DESCRIPTION & STIMULUS
* We expect this 3-round triplet workout to take around 16-20 minutes to complete

## POWER CLEANS
* The barbell is intended to be very light
* Choose a weight here that allows the 20 reps to be completed in 1-3 quick sets of ‘touch and go’ reps

## GOBLET REVERSE LUNGES
* This movement is performed with a kettlebell held in the Goblet Position
* Alternate each rep for a total of 15 lunges on each side
* Choose a weight that you can complete in 2 sets within the workout
